Yes! We manufacture in our Perth studio and ship to any address in Australia and internationally. For our international customers we recommend asking us for a shipping quote.

We ship all over the world using AusPost and Courier. Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, distance and speed of the packages required. Please refer to our estimated delivery costs below -

Yes, we can prioritise your order. Orders required within 4 working days will incur a surcharge of 20%. Please contact us directly and we will confirm if we can accomodate your rush request.

Standard turnaround from ordering to dispatch is approximately 5-10 working days. Larger orders may take  longer.

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or cheque. If you are placing an order with Imprint Plastic for the first time, a 50% deposit is required on ordering and balance due on or before delivery.

Most definitely! Please contact us for a trade price list. 

At Imprint Plastic we prefer vector based artwork and advise against using rasterised images such as jpg. And bmp. Vector based artwork produces a better quality result. Our preferred file formats are .pdf, .ai, .eps and .cdr.

We have a large library of fonts on our system. If your font of choice is not subject to licensing then we are happy to add it to our collection. 

At Imprint Plastic we prefer to work with CMYK for printed products. We also accept RGB and Pantone colours. We print in CMYK, so if you supply us with a Pantone colour we will try to match it as closely as possible. 

For products such as labels, plaques, wall/door signs, promotions and ID cards we may also request the following details:

• Imprint Plastic operates a fair returns and replacement policy in line with industry standard fair trading laws that apply to Western Australia and/or federally.
