A: Yep. We manufacture here in Perth and ship to any* address in the country and overseas! I know.. amazing right?
*Excluding some PO Boxes and remote addresses – this is out of our control – best to check with us first.

We accept artwork for name badge designs, wall, desk and door signs, industrial tags, labels, point of sale materials, laser engraving and creative service work in industry accepted formats.
At Imprint Plastic we prefer vector based artwork and do not accept rasterised images such as .jpg and .bmp.
This is because vector based artwork leads to a better quality result for you (crisp images and exact fonts) which ultimately means we can process your order efficiently with better results.
Rasterised artwork cannot be resized and may require adjustment – if successfully at all – which will attract additional charges or a redo by your creative talent at cost to you.
This being true our preferred file formats are listed below.
• .pdf (300 dpi with fonts converted to curves)
• .ai (recommended)
• .eps (300 dpi)
• .cdr (300 dpi with fonts converted to curves)

Standard turnaround from ordering to dispatch is approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Large orders may take longer.
Part of the order can be arranged to be dispatched if required. Arrangements must be made upon confirmation of order.
If you are placing your first order with Imprint Plastic, a 50% deposit is payable on ordering with the balance is due on or before delivery.
We deal in quality product – and we like to help as much as we can.
As such, while we can arrange “Urgent” orders that are needed in 4 working working days, however, these will incur a 20% surcharge for prioritising your order.
We take each order on a case-by-case basis. If your order is urgent, we ask that you please contact us directly by phone on (+61) 08 9467 9536 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We have a vast library of thousands of fonts on our system.
You might want to check with us when submitting your order if your design uses a rare or obscure font.
If it is not subject to any licensing then why not attach the font with your artwork and we will add it to our collection.
If you supply us with a particular font and point size we can replicate this, however, make sure that when you design your own badge it is created actual size (within our cut line templates); otherwise point sizes will potentially not match.
At Imprint Plastic, we are able to design your product from a variety of methods. When specifying a colour, we can accept any of the following:
• RGB (e.g. 255,217,0)
• CMYK (e.g. 2,11,100,0 – recommended)
• Pantone® colours
We print in CMYK, if you supply us with a Pantone® colour we will try to match as closely as possible.
For other product such as Labels & Plaques, Wall & Door Signs, Promotions and ID Cards, we may need you to provide us with the following details:
• the size
• the fitting
• the material
• the plating/finish
• the colours
• any other useful information
Yes! In fact, it’s one of our specialties.
Simply contact us and we’ll send you our spreadsheet template which contains instructions on how to populate it.
Then, simply send it back to us and we’ll do the rest.
We ship via Courier to any delivery address in the country (some PO Boxes excluded).
Delivery will attract a fee which will be provided in your quote prior to commencing work.
Delivery costs depend on size, weight, distance and speed of packages required.
Payment is required within 7 days of receipt of goods.
For new customers, a 50% deposit is payable on ordering with the balance due on or before delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFT direct transfers.
Imprint Plastic operates a fair returns and replacements policy in line with industry standards fair trading laws that apply to Western Australia and/or federally.
